Season Info:
-
Our Competitive teams participate in the Centennial or Champions Leagues of the Colorado Soccer Association.
-
Teams are formed during tryouts in late May/early June each year.
-
Tryouts allow our coaching staff to place them on a team that most closely matches their current level of skill and abilities.
-
Our goal at FC Brighton is to find an appropriate team for every player who wants to participate in the program.
-
When players commit to a team they are making a full year commitment and understand there are varying levels of required participation depending on the season.
-
U11-U14 teams play both fall and spring seasons.
-
The soccer year (June 1- May 30) consists of two seasons: fall and spring. Additional training and or tournaments may be available in the winter and summer months at the coaches' discretion.
-
-
U15- U19 teams will play club soccer in either the fall (girls) or spring (boys) considering that the opposing season will be reserved for high school play.
-
While high school boys do not play until the spring season, tryouts for high school boys are held in late May with all other competitive teams per Colorado Soccer Guidelines.
-
Additional training and or tournaments may be available in the winter and summer months at the coaches' discretion.
-
U15 teams may choose to participate in CSA's Secondary Season with Club Director and coach approval. CSA's Secondary Season provides an additional season of play to bridge the gap for teams where players may not have access to a school team at this age.
